We have a parking lot right next to the building, with ramped or stair entrance options.
When you arrive, use the doorbell to notify your therapist that you're here and they'll unlock the door.

We are intentionally out-of-network with insurances because we believe the control of your care should stay where it belongs - between you and your provider. In our experience, the frequency and duration of therapy is often limited by insurance companies who have neither the knowledge nor training to make those decisions. By stepping outside of those limitations, we are freeing you up to receive the care you need to maximize your recovery.
For others, it may also be beneficial to have a self-pay option when they have exhausted their insurance benefits but would like to continue pursuing therapy.
Lastly, corporate healthcare systems often end up billing large amounts many months after you have received care, and the patient often doesn't know what those costs will be. We are transparent with pricing and you will know what to expect.

We are able to accept any form of payment, including Health Savings Account, credit or debit card, cash, check, or Venmo. If using Venmo, we’ll make sure not to identify the reason for sending money to maintain your privacy.

Yes! Every insurance company is different and we aren’t able to offer direct support in submission, but we can provide you with a Superbill, which details the billing codes and information your insurance company will ask for.

We understand that emergencies happen and that we can’t predict when we’ll be sick. However, if you need to cancel but there isn’t an emergency or sickness preventing you from attending your appointment, please do so greater than 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. This gives us the chance to see another client in the time slot.
